If you have been following the recent updates on Final Fantasy XV then you would know the game will now release on November 29 instead of September 30. And if you are a fan of the franchise and do not appreciate the delay — the first 12 minutes of Kingsglaive might just boost your mood.
Kingsglaive: Final Fantasy XV starts out the exact same way as Final Fantasy Spirits Within and Final Fantasy VII: Advent Children Complete. You get to hear what is going on in the story and what led to the current situation. The first 12 minutes of the movie do not ruin the story of either the movie or the game, and hence can be watched without the fear of coming across any spoilers.
The graphics are remarkably life-like. It seems Square Enix has definitely upped its game in the CGI department. The story, on the other hand, would have to be understood by going through the game. Oh and by the way, the movie is already out in certain countries such as Malaysia and Singapore so if you wish to get an earlier look at it rather than waiting till August 19, now would be the best time to do so.
Initially Final Fantasy XV was slated to release on September 30, but the developer has extended the release date to November 30 for both PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game's director Hajime Tabata told fans that in order to provide a high-quality game, they would need more time as it needs to be polished to provide an awesome experience to the fans.
