Kaliko and Amanda got married at Sunset Ranch on the Hawaiian island of Oahu in this elegant tropical wedding. The pair met during their first year in law school in Washington DC. They shared all their classes, so they spent a lot of time with each other, and by the end of the their first year, they were absolutely inseparable.
Kaliko is a huge Beatles fan, so Amanda proposed to her in the middle of the famous Abbey Road crosswalk in London - that's right, the iconic street where the Beatles shot their album cover! This later inspired photographer Jenna Lee to have the two brides and their bridesmaids re-create the cover, which led to some cool bridesmaids photos.
The happy couple's wedding was absolutely magnificent. "We had sort of a boho tropical vibe and wanted to embrace the natural beauty of our surroundings and let the setting speak for itself," they said. They incorporated a lot of greenery and lusciousness into their nuptials to add to the relaxing ambience. Fern's Garden was the exact spot of their ceremony, and it was a total showstopper.
